How it works

How our psychological tests work

The tests are scientifically developed scales, updated on an ongoing basis. When you test yourself, you can compare your score with the average of other people's responses — and in that way get a sense of how common your condition is, and whether there is an area where it might make sense to take action.

Your responses are anonymous, and we can neither see nor react to individual responses. The tests require no login and can be taken directly in your browser — on mobile too.

Scientific foundation

The tests are based on validated psychological scales and are updated regularly in step with the research.

Anonymous and free

No login and no payment. You answer anonymously, and the result is yours — we cannot see or react to individual responses.

Compare your score

Your score is shown against the average of other people's responses, so you have a concrete point of reference.

Remember: An online test is an indication — not a diagnosis. If you need to talk about your result, or you are unsure what it means, you are welcome to contact our psychologists.

All tests are free and can be taken straight away — directly in your browser. We are continually adding new tests to the collection.

Self-worth

Self-worth and sense of worthlessness

Do you feel inferior? The test gives an accurate picture of whether your self-worth is actually limiting you in everyday life — not just of your thoughts about low self-worth. Compare your score with other people's.

Symptoms

Anxiety, stress and depression

The three most common stress reactions often go hand in hand. The test measures all three at once, so you can see which symptom is weighing most heavily for you right now.

Quality of life

Satisfaction with life

How satisfied are you with your life — are you more or less satisfied than others? Use the test as a baseline, and track your progress if you are working on building more quality of life.

Flexibility

Psychological flexibility

Measures your ability to make room for difficult thoughts and feelings without letting them steer your choices — a core skill in modern forms of therapy such as ACT (in Danish). The better you can hold what is difficult, the more freely you can act.

Relationships

Partner match — test your relationship

A conversation tool from couples therapy: you each fill in your own form, then use the differences as the starting point for a dialogue about the themes that most often decide whether a relationship lasts. Wait to talk it through until you have both answered.

What does your result mean?

An elevated score is not a diagnosis — but it can be a signal that it is worth talking to someone. Our psychologists can help you understand your result and work out whether you want to go further with what the test points to.
