Adults, adolescents and couples
Online psychologist — no waiting time
Have sessions with an experienced psychologist via secure video — wherever you are. With a referral from your GP, you can receive video consultations subsidised by the Danish public health insurance.

Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation of your appointment along with practical information and a link to the virtual meeting room. We use Proton Meet. For the best experience, we recommend downloading the Proton Meet app rather than using a regular browser.

Online meeting
At the time of the meeting, we let you into the virtual consultation room. We begin by hearing what you would like to get out of the session.
A new supplement
Online AI Psychologist
As a supplement to your sessions, we offer an AI Psychologist — a digital tool built on our clinical expertise. It does not replace therapy, but offers support before, between and after your sessions.
Exercises between sessions
Get tailored exercises and keep the work going between your sessions — at your own pace, whenever it suits you.
Pinpoint the problem
Put words to what is on your mind. The AI Psychologist helps you identify and structure the problem — including as preparation for your sessions.
Strengthen your ability to act
Learn to define problems and challenges in a way that strengthens your ability to resolve and handle difficult situations.
Mental screening
Screen yourself for signs of stress, anxiety or depression, for example — and get an indication of whether you should seek help.
Prices and payment
The same price as in the clinic
Online consultations cost the same as our other consultations — see the price list here (in Danish). With a referral from your GP, you receive a subsidy from the Danish public health insurance.
You will of course be refunded if you cancel in time — the same terms apply as for all other sessions.
Please note: prepayment
All online consultations are prepaid: once we have found an appointment, you pay for the reservation and the appointment is confirmed. Pay by MobilePay or bank transfer.
Questions and answers
Frequently asked questions about online therapy
Is online therapy effective?
Several studies compare the effect of online psychological help with face-to-face therapy. Overall, the benefit is greatest when help is given in person — but interestingly, once you control for whether the client is open to online help, the difference disappears. In other words: if you are open to online therapy, it works just as well.
Does couples therapy work online?
Yes! We often help couples who find it hard to attend together, or who prefer to receive help from their own living room. We can send you a link each, so you join from separate locations — or you can sit together in front of the same screen. Tell us what suits you best when you book the appointment. Read more about couples therapy here.
Which app do I need?
We use Proton Meet, which encrypts the communication. Once we have found an appointment, you receive an email with a link and a confirmation. You can join the meeting in an ordinary browser - but we always recommend downloading the Proton Meet app, as it usually gives the best quality and experience.
What equipment do I need?
Just a device with a camera and an internet connection — a phone, tablet or computer. Find a quiet spot where you will not be disturbed, and check that your connection is stable.
